LEGO Competition Winners Announced

Two students from Roosevelt and one from Lincoln placed in the recent LEGO Competition sponsored by Pryor High School Innovation Center in conjunction with the Pryor Area Chamber of Commerce.  

Owen McKinzie, Roosevelt 3rd grade, won 1st place for his LEGO model of Pryor City Hall.  He was awarded a $100 gift card from the LEGO Store.

  •  “Phenomenal job! So impressed with the accuracy and complexity of this build.”
  •  “This student even had the same shape of windows! Wow! Nathaniel Pryor would be proud.”
  • “So realistic! Great job!”

Rivers Wilson, Roosevelt 5th grade, took 2nd place with her LEGO rendition of Simply Dipped Bakery. She received a $50 gift card from the LEGO Store.

  • “Great Detail! Way to capture a great business!”
  • “I love that the bakery is what you chose to do for your build. Great job!”
  • “The details & attention to the culture of Simply Dipped is amazing.”

Ryder Moore, Lincoln 4th grade, claimed 3rd place with his LEGO representation of the Pryor water tower. Ryder received a $50 gift card from the LEGO Store.

  • “This is so neat! I’m very impressed with the water tower and love that you included the truck.”
  • “The water tower is iconic to Pryor! LOVE IT”
