Online Enrollment Details

Online registration is required for ALL students whether new to the district or current students beginning a new school year.  Online registration is located in the Parent Portal of the primary parent or guardian listed in the student record. 

Once in the portal, look for the yellow bar in the window. 

! Online Registration Must be Completed for 2023 View

Please update addresses, phone numbers, and contact information during the registration process.

Native American students and JOM member will find other necessary forms in the Parent Portal as well.

For Students New to Pryor Public Schools

Enrollment packets available to download below or may be picked up in person at the Education Service Center.

Once packets are complete and accompanied by required documentation, a user name and password will be issued for online form completion.

Required documentation:

• Copy of State Issued Birth Certificate
• Updated Immunization Records, for school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following: 
•  Current, up-to-date immunization records, or
•  A completed and signed Certificate of Exemption form
• Proof of Residency-Please write child’s name on the document.
• CDIB Card if applicable
