Jefferson Students Scatter Seeds of Kindness in Our Community

To celebrate National Kindness Week the students at Jefferson Elementary spread the seeds of kindness by connecting with the elders in our community. The students at Jefferson have been collecting gifts for their neighbors at Shady Rest Nursing Home, and we're happy to announce that 235 items were delivered to the residents.

And there's more sweetness to share! Each resident also received four to five heartfelt handwritten letters from our students, demonstrating their respect and care for their neighbors.
