The Pryor High School Aviation Program has received an $11,000 grant from the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics Commission to support aviation education and help prepare the next generation of aerospace professionals.

The Pryor grant is part of a larger $2 million statewide investment in aerospace education, reinforcing Oklahoma’s commitment to growing aviation and aerospace by investing in students and school programs across the state.

“No matter where they live, Oklahoma students should be able to see themselves in this industry and begin preparing for those careers before they ever leave high school,” said Paula Kedy, Statewide Aerospace STEM Education Manager, as quoted by Rudicel in a recent OSDE publication.

For our Tigers, that investment means even more opportunities to explore aviation, build real-world skills, and begin preparing for careers in one of Oklahoma’s growing industries.

Congratulations to the Pryor High School Aviation Program!
