They started their leadership journey in kindergarten—and now, these Pryor High School leadership students are sharing their experience with school administrators from across Oklahoma.
The students presented at the Cooperative Council for Oklahoma School Administration (CCOSA) Summer Leadership Conference, highlighting the impact of growing up in a Leader in Me environment. Their presentation offered a firsthand look at how leadership habits developed over time have shaped their confidence, communication skills, and sense of responsibility.
Watching their student leaders take the stage with confidence and purpose, Pryor High School Principal Dr. Fielding Elseman, Assistant Superintendents John Potter and Dr. Tiffany Ballard, along with leadership teacher Shelley Brown proudly witnessed the results of years of intentional leadership development in action—a powerful example of Pryor’s commitment to growing student leaders.
