Consulting: Network Design and Implementation

Closing: Friday, Jan. 15, 2021 at End of Business, 4:00 pm CDT


Pryor Public Schools is inviting quotes for qualified vendors to acquire services for consultation on network design and  implementation to include network schema, security considerations and concerns, and implementation of design and  configuration changes on Extreme Networks equipment and Palo Alto firewalls. Certified technicians highly preferred.  Implementation may also include deployment of NetSight (already licensed to Pryor Public Schools) and update of  operating systems on network equipment. Quote should include hourly rates for: 

  • Project Management
  • Consulting Engineer
  • Systems Engineer
  • Network Architect
  • After-hours implementations 

If any costs above the hourly rate(s) are required, quote must specify such. Also, quote must specify any minimum time  purchases required.
Quotes will be accepted until End of Business (4:00p.m.) CDT on January 15, 2021 Quotes received after this time will  not be accepted. Quotes may be submitted via email, and must be received by the deadline in order to be part of the  consideration. 

NOTE: This is not a formal bid process, but rather a request for quotes in compliance with district policy. Quotes are not  sealed bids, and will not be treated as such. In accordance with the Oklahoma Open Records Act, copies of bids/quotes may be requested through open records after a decision has been made and a purchase order generated for the chosen  provider.

Pryor Public Schools reserves the right to choose the quote and solution it believes to be in the best interest of the district  at the sole discretion of the district.

Opening: Dec. 01, 2020

Install Additional Gas Service at Roosevelt School

Closing: Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020 2:00 pm


Install appr. 200′ of 2″ black steel pipe.
Connect to the new gas meter and install piping up the wall and onto the roof.
Install new piping and connect onto existing branch lines.
Install hangers and supports as needed.
Quotes should include labor, material and equipment to complete the project.
