Section 504/Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and the Age Act all prohibit discrimination in one form or another. Under these laws and District policy, Pryor Public Schools commits that there will be no discrimination in the District because of race, color, sex, pregnancy, gender, gender expression or identity, national origin, religion, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, age, or genetic information in its programs, services, activities, and employment.

The District also provides equal access to the Boy Scouts of America and other designated youth groups.
