Parent Learner Resource Guide

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

Pryor Public Schools has put together a resource packet to help our learners and parents navigate our new and old online programs.  Below you will find directions and how to get access codes for everything your learner will need.

Look at the Pryor Public Schools website often for updates and messages or  communications as well as links to our most useful learner resources. The site can be found here.

Please note that we will continue to use Tyler Technologies for our Student/Parent Gradebook portal.  The link can be found on the home page in the list of links on the right of the page and is titled “Student/Parent Portal with Gradebook Access”.  This is where you will continue to complete enrollment, complete E-forms as requested, view your learners’ schedules, and upload doctor’s notes to excuse absences.  You can also access Tyler here.

Schoology is now our online learning management system.  We will use Schoology to share instructional content, assignments, quizzes, and tests for each course that your learner is enrolled in.  You can access it here.  To set up your account you will need an access code that will be provided to you by your learner’s teachers.

*The following sections contain important information to assist you in accessing our online resources.  Please reach out to your learners’ teacher(s) if you need further assistance.

Creating a Parent Account

Here is a short presentation with videos and instructions to assist you in getting set up in Schoology.  Please note that these videos were created by another school district and shared with us, so a few of them reference a different school name.  The Parent Resource slideshow can be found here:
